All cutting boards are sanded smooth before being finished and sealed with food-safe mineral oil. Once you receive your new cutting board, we recommend oiling it periodically (about once a month, or when it looks dry).
Important Note: None of our boards are dishwasher safe. The nature of heat, soaking water, and detergent will warp and dry out your cutting board irreparably.
